The Public Inquiry into the Celcon factory proposal, and related Platt & Borough Green By-pass commenced this morning in Ightham. Over the last day or so, dozens of placards in support of the application have appeared all along the A25 between Wrotham Heath and the Darkhill Roundabout in Borough Green.
